The following Terms and Conditions apply to direct bookings through
www.umajati.com and our secure booking engine at www.littlehotelier.com.
These terms and conditions are harmonized as closely as possible
with our other online booking channels (Booking.com and TripAdvisor,
for example), but guests should pay careful attention to the specific
terms and conditions specified by individual vendors as there will
be variations in details.
Deposit to Secure Bookings
A non-refundable USD 50 deposit is taken to secure your booking.
However, your credit card information will be securely recorded
and only used in case of a late cancellation.
Balance of Payment at Time of Check-out
When you take up your booking and stay at the hotel, the balance
of payment (that is, full payment less the USD 50 deposit) will
be made directly to the hotel upon check-out. We accept cash payments
and credit card payments by MasterCard or Visa.
Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Fees
A reservation made through umajati.com and our booking engine at
littlehotelier.com is officially canceled when an email has been
received by reservations@umajati.com that notifies Umajati Retreat
of the cancelation. This email should be sent from the email address
listed by the guest on the booking form to ensure it is from the
person who made the original booking. If the booking is cancelled
or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no additional
fee beyond the non-refundable USD 50 booking deposit will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled or modified within 14 days of the arrival
date, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For a
no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Privacy Policy
Umajati Retreat collects personal information through our booking
engine at littlehotelier.com as required to record bookings. We
do not disclose or share any personal information with any other
party.
Limitation of Liability
Credit card information is not stored on the umajati.com server
and all bookings are processed through littlehotelier.com. By clicking
on or activating the links to littlehotelier.com you acknowledge
that Umajati Retreat does not hold any data that you give to littlehotelier.com
and shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from your
use of littlehotelier.com.
